Job summary

We are a growing construction company specializing in ICI projects, with a primary focus on mid-rise self-storage developments. We are a small, collaborative team where every member plays an important role in the success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with leadership, and being involved in all aspects of project delivery. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple ICI construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing all aspects of project execution while working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with company leadership, site staff, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities Manage ICI construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Lead tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities. Monitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and site progress. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support site teams with issue resolution and project administration. Manage project documentation and reporting using Procore. Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in the ICI construction sector. Experience managing projects valued at $5M+. Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement. Experience with steel structures, concrete foundations, and mid-rise construction is considered an asset. Proficiency with Procore is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field is preferred.
