Senior Technical Program Manager – Retail Planning & Supply Chain Location: Vancouver, BC (4 Days Onsite) Position Type: Full Time Salary: CAD 150,000–160,000 + Benefits Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs supporting Retail Merchandising, Planning, Forecasting, Allocation, and Inventory Optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail technology, supply chain, and enterprise program management, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise retail technology programs. Partner with Merch Planning, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver business-critical solutions. Drive initiatives across Merch Planning, Forecasting, Allocation, Inventory Optimization, and related planning systems. Manage cross-functional dependencies, program risks, release planning, and executive stakeholder communications. Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and improve planning, inventory, and operational efficiency. Provide strategic leadership and influence technical and business decisions across multiple teams. Required Skills 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Program Management. Proven experience managing large, portfolio-level technology programs in Retail, Merchandising, Planning, or Supply Chain environments. Strong understanding of: Merch Planning & Allocation Demand Forecasting Inventory Optimization Cross-functional delivery of data-driven applications Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and end-to-end data pipelines. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with retail planning platforms such as Anaplan or similar planning/allocation solutions. Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting or inventory optimization. Experience in Retail, Apparel, E-commerce, or Omnichannel environments. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
