Job Title: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect Location: Ottawa, ON – East End (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Contract Security Clearance: Valid Secret-level clearance required at time of submission About the Role NetworkPedia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect for an onsite government engagement in Ottawa. The successful candidate will provide enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture leadership, translating business outcomes into scalable technical solutions while maintaining alignment with ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and upgradeability. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements and outcomes into ServiceNow technical architecture and designs. Define and establish ServiceNow development and architecture standards. Review and validate solution architecture and technical designs. Provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow integrations. Drive alignment with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards. Provide expertise around ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB. Maintain alignment with Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities to preserve platform upgradeability. Guide technical teams on scalable and sustainable ServiceNow implementation practices. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience. Deep expertise with ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB and Discovery. Strong ServiceNow integration architecture experience. Experience designing solutions with an emphasis on OOTB alignment and platform upgradeability. Strong experience establishing development and architecture standards. Ability to translate business outcomes into enterprise-level technical designs. Must currently hold a valid Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance. Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Ottawa's East End.
