Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer Location: Ottawa, ON – East End (5 Days/Week) Employment Type: Contract Security Clearance: Valid Government of Canada Secret-level clearance required About the Role NetworkPedia is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Senior Developer for a government engagement in Ottawa. This role is focused on technical execution, including ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, CMDB, and Security Operations. The successful candidate should be a strong hands-on developer capable of independently delivering technical stories and building integrations with enterprise security tools. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Configure and support MID Servers for enterprise integrations. Deliver prioritized technical stories and enhancements. Develop integrations between ServiceNow and security scanning/security tooling platforms. Work with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB data. Develop and support CMDB dashboards and reporting. Work with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) data structures. Perform unit testing and troubleshoot technical issues. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of active, hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Strong ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript. Hands-on experience with: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions Flow Designer Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience configuring and troubleshooting MID Servers. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB. Knowledge of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE). Experience with CMDB dashboards/reporting. Knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) data structures. Experience developing integrations with security scanning or related enterprise tools. Strong unit testing and troubleshooting skills. Must currently hold a valid Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance. Must be available to work onsite 5 days/week in Ottawa's East End.
