New Destiny’s mission is to end the cycle of domestic violence and homelessness for low-income families and individuals by developing and connecting them to safe, permanent, affordable housing and services. To achieve our mission, we build and manage supportive housing and through innovative programs we assist survivors in finding and retaining housing. New Destiny also advocates for additional housing resources for domestic violence survivor and their families.

Oversee the Mental Health Department and supervise Clinical Social Workers providing trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic violence. Manage grant budgets, clinical workflows, and establish partnerships with community and state agencies.
