Support the adoption of AI-assisted testing capabilities, including anomaly detection, intelligent regression selection, predictive defect detection, and automated test generation. Perform root cause analysis of defects, automation failures, and production issues. Coordinate defect resolution and technical fixes with architecture, development, operations, database, DevOps, and product teams. Support triage activities during user acceptance testing, incident reviews, and live verification following system changes. Document test plans, test cases, test results, automation coverage, defects, risks, and quality findings. Collaborate across cross-functional technical teams to improve test coverage, release quality, automation stability, and overall product reliability. Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience in enterprise systems. Experience providing both functional and non-functional test coverage. Strong experience with test automation frameworks. Deep experience with JMeter or Robot Framework, including script creation, debugging, maintenance, and optimization. Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Experience creating and executing functional, regression, integration, API, database, end-to-end, UI, non-functional, and performance test cases. Experience troubleshooting automation failures and supporting stable automated test execution environments. Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and practices, including predictive defect detection and automated test generation. Proven ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams, including architecture, development, operations, database, DevOps, and product teams. Strong root cause analysis skills with the ability to investigate defects, production issues, and automation failures. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional facilitation, documentation, triage, and stakeholder collaboration.
