Treated Well • Work in a clean, organized shop equipped with advanced diagnostic tools • Join a supportive team where your input matters and your effort is recognized • Collaborate with approachable leaders who value open communication and teamwork Trained Well • Ongoing OEM and technical training to support your development • Hands-on learning alongside experienced Journeyman technicians • Support to complete your Red Seal and additional certifications, including CVIP Paid Well • Competitive wage based on experience and certification level • Shift premiums for afternoon shifts and weekend work • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance • Employee and Family Assistance Program, EFAP • Tool allowance and PPE provided The Role • Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks and equipment • Complete inspections, repairs, and maintenance work in line with OEM standards • Work on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and air systems • Support CVIP inspections, or perform them if licensed • Maintain accurate service records and follow shop safety procedures • Morning and afternoon shifts available, with some weekend work required Education • Registered 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician • CVIP License is an asset • Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license is an asset Experience • Experience working on heavy-duty trucks or related equipment • Strong diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Exposure to Detroit Diesel and/or Cummins engines is an asset • Ability to work independently and in a team environment 3 Things to Be Successful in This Role Technical Ability – Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues Work Ethic – Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in quality work Team Mindset – Works well with others to keep jobs moving and customers supported Other Details The above description is a summary of responsibilities and is not an exhaustive list of duties. Requirements

Must be a registered 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. Experience with heavy-duty trucks and strong diagnostic skills are required, with CVIP and Class 1 or 3 licenses being assets.
