Compensation for this position is $50,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and education, and this position is performance-based bonus eligible. The Role This is a full-time day-shift position at our Red Deer branch, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday coverage on a rotating basis, typically approximately one Saturday per month. Order Processing – 50% of Your Time Fulfill orders with on-hand parts, process orders from our PDCs, other dealers, or suppliers, and notify customers of ETA updates or when parts arrive. Learn and effectively use the company business system, Procede, along with online programs such as CAT, Cummins, Paragon, and others required to fulfill the duties of a Parts Technician and serve our customers. Customer Service and Support – 40% of Your Time Acknowledge customers as they arrive at the facility and serve them in a timely and efficient manner. Provide a high level of service to all customers, internal and external. Communicate effectively with and support other dealership personnel and departments. Ad Hoc Duties – 10% and It’s Important! Replenish assigned display areas, ensure pricing is accurate, and keep customer-facing areas clean and organized. Participate in all available training programs and attend department meetings. Process credit and debit transactions, perform product return inspections, and complete refunds and core credits. Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in the heavy equipment or commercial vehicle industry. A Journeyman Parts Technician certification is preferred, along with strong organizational and technical skills.
