Java Software Engineer

We are looking for highly experienced, hands-on Senior Java Engineers (Architects with strong hands-on Software Engineering background) to join an innovation-focused Agentic AI initiatives. 12+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Proven experience in software design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation. Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude as part of the software development lifecycle. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-assisted software development. Experience working with Agentic AI, AI agents, workflows, skills, or AI-powered coding tools. Strong system design and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.

The role involves leading innovation-focused Agentic AI initiatives through hands-on software engineering and architecture. Responsibilities include the end-to-end implementation of AI-powered coding tools and workflows.

Candidates must have over 12 years of Java backend experience with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices. Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts are required.
