Hands-on experience within an anatomical pathology or histology laboratory, ideally as a Histotechnologist, Pathologists' Assistant, Laboratory Supervisor or Clinical/Application Specialist. Strong understanding of the complete pathology laboratory workflow, from accessioning and grossing through slide preparation, diagnosis and sign-out. Strong communication, presentation and customer-facing skills with the ability to train both individuals and larger groups. Comfortable working across clinical and technical teams and troubleshooting workflow challenges. Fluent English. Experience with digital pathology, whole-slide imaging/scanners, image management systems, LIS integrations or pathology AI/image analysis would be highly advantageous. French language skills would also be beneficial.
