Job summary
Become a Key Player as a Technical Enablement & Documentation Specialist You will build and scale enablement content and documentation that directly improves partner execution and adoption across co-sell and marketplace workflows. Your work will reduce friction for partners, support the support organization, and enable product and go-to-market teams to drive adoption. You will collaborate closely with the support team, product, and partner-facing teams. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Build structured product documentation aligned with product releases and changes Maintain integration documentation (CRM, APIs, data validation) and troubleshooting libraries Create enablement assets: step-by-step walkthroughs, quick reference guides, interactive demos, process maps, FAQs, and common-pitfall guidance Deliver lightweight training: recorded sessions, live walkthroughs, and office hours/Q&A Convert support tickets into enablement improvements and identify repeat issues for targeted training Build decision trees and guided learning experiences to reduce ticket volume and speed troubleshooting Structure content for AI assistants and copilots using modular knowledge blocks and enable smart search/contextual help Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Located and can legally work in Canada 3–6 years in Technical Enablement, Documentation, Support, or Solutions roles Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience working in Agile, fast-paced, customer-facing environments Experience with SaaS integrations and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint/Slides) Strong time management, organizational skills, and coachability Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the team Here's What Else Might Help You Out Video editing skills (Adobe Suite, ScreenFlow, iMovie) Knowledge of LLMs and documentation management tools (Documentation 360, Zendesk) Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) Strong technical understanding of APIs and integrations Ability to translate complexity into actionable guidance and strong ownership mindset Pay Range $40K/year USD Ready to Make Your Mark?
