The job involves: Able to fluidly interchange between serving and hosting at various outlets (Grab ‘n Go/Deli or Overtime Sports Lounge), when needed Evaluate a patron's preferences and make suggestions, upselling when appropriate Responsible for clearing and resetting for guests in a timely manner Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and stocked section, this includes inventory control of necessary supplies and goods Provides exceptional customer service to our guests; always looking to find the fix, make it right and provide speed of service Sound knowledge of available products, including prices and specials Proficient with the use of POS, Open Table, bar tools and equipment Builds company reputation through earning trust and loyalty of guests Demonstrates respect, regard and consideration for others at all times Works as one team for the success of the business Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, move equipment and other items as needed Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties Any other duties as assigned Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: O.S.S.D or equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education Minimum 2 years Bartender or Server experience Proven food and beverage service skills in a quick service, high volume restaurant Smart Serve certification Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in using Micros software We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted We confirm that we do not use AI in screening of applicants, and this position is an existing vacancy. The server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing food and beverage orders, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. They must fluidly interchange between serving and hosting duties while ensuring speed of service and accurate inventory control.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or server in a high-volume environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and Smart Serve certification are required for this position.
