The Academic Office Administrator provides administrative support to the Associate Dean, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling. They also manage academic documentation, generate operational reports, and serve as the primary point of contact for staff and students.

The Outreach Coordinator conducts clinical intake, triage, and assessment for students experiencing mental health concerns or psychosocial distress. They also develop and deliver outreach initiatives and educational activities to promote student wellbeing and facilitate access to campus and community supports.

The Fitness Coordinator develops, delivers, and evaluates fitness programming to enhance student wellness and engagement. They also serve as an onsite resource for fitness equipment and provide guidance to students while managing participant health documentation.

The Recruitment Associate provides recruitment services and information to prospective students and applicants while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. They also coordinate logistical support for access and inclusion initiatives and conduct one-on-one advising sessions for future students.
