Leads or contributes to complex HR projects, analyzes workforce metrics, and connects client groups with HR specialists to improve programs, practices, and employee engagement.

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, data extracts, and analytics solutions using Cerner Command Language within the Cerner Millennium environment. Validate data, support regulatory and organizational reporting, improve report performance, and translate complex clinical and operational data into actionable insights.

Operate, maintain, repair, test, and install hospital refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, controls, and other building equipment in compliance with applicable codes and safety requirements. Perform preventive and general maintenance, use building automation and maintenance management systems, and coordinate with colleagues, contractors, and internal customers.

Assess patients, perform radiology examinations, document care, and evaluate diagnostic images while providing safe, competent, patient-centred service. Apply imaging expertise and professional standards, with expected coverage and training across CT and general radiography modalities.

Assess, plan, manage, and treat acute and post-acute patients, including patients in the complex care unit, in collaboration with Hospitalists and Physicians. Provide clinical leadership and promote patient-centered care through direct care, education, consultation, research, health promotion, advocacy, and community development.

Provide trauma-informed crisis support, brief assessment, short-term counselling, and psychoeducation to children, youth, and families experiencing mental health needs. Develop safety and care plans, coordinate referrals and community services, and collaborate with emergency and outpatient teams to address immediate crises and support ongoing wellness.

Lead implementation and operational support for patient self-registration kiosks, including requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, testing, deployment, and issue resolution. Coordinate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders while maintaining documentation, training users, and supporting privacy, security, and change-management needs.

Provide advanced nursing care to cancer patients across the care journey, including symptom management, comprehensive assessments, oncology procedures, ordering medications and tests, and facilitating advanced care planning. Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams on admissions, follow-up care, admission avoidance education, and service improvement initiatives.
