Develop and own the manufacturing performance reporting function, consolidating and validating production data to create reports and dashboards on yield, waste, downtime, labor efficiency, quality, and other KPIs. Work with cross-functional teams to investigate performance issues, identify root causes and data gaps, recommend operational improvements, and support planning and continuous improvement.
