Support the development of the Indigenous Early Childhood Education department in Merritt and coordinate program delivery on campus and in Indigenous communities. Develop and deliver culturally enriched programming in partnership with communities, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and the BC Aboriginal Child Care Society.

Teach one or more courses in NVIT’s Open Certificate for Community Education in Bella Coola, with course offerings dependent on sufficient student enrolment. Contribute positively to the school and community while supporting students through culturally safe, holistic, and trauma-informed teaching.

Term Instructors – Environmental Resources Technology

Teach one or more courses in the Environmental Resources Technology program for Community Education in Cache Creek, based on qualifications and course offerings. Contribute positively to the school and community while supporting students through effective, culturally safe, and student-focused instruction.

Instructor – Health Programs

The successful candidate will deliver courses in health programs across classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings. They are also responsible for program research, quality control, and preparing progress reports for regulating bodies.
