What you’ll do

Improve quality, cost, scrap, and defect performance, manage rubber recipes and processing conditions, and support ISO 9001 audits and other quality-related work.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from a science-related program at a junior college, technical school, university, or graduate school, and be comfortable with basic numerical management and data analysis. Manufacturing or factory experience is welcomed, along with interest in data-driven improvement, effective communication, willingness to learn, comfort working in an active factory environment, and the ability to read and write English with translation tools as needed.
