Document activities and incidents, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families, support house routines and programming, and participate in community events when available.

Provide confidential, anonymous, and non-judgmental peer counselling to helpline callers, offering emotional support and helping them develop action plans and access appropriate referrals. Maintain accurate call documentation, follow helpline policies, protect sensitive information, and communicate with the manager while participating in required training and case studies.

Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, intake, assessment, and case management for clients, including safety planning and referrals to community resources. Maintain accurate case records and KPI reports, advocate for clients navigating legal and other systems, and support residents’ well-being and independence through life-skills resources and sessions.
