Position: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Treasury Technology) Location: Toronto, ON Mode: Hybrid Required Experience 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services. Strong knowledge of Treasury, Market Risk, Capital Markets, Liquidity Risk, or Finance. Experience supporting large-scale data and technology transformation initiatives. Advanced SQL skills with strong data analysis capabilities. Experience with: Data analysis and attribution Data mapping and reconciliation Source-to-target mapping Data lineage and root cause analysis Requirements elicitation and documentation 5+ years of Agile delivery experience. Experience throughout SDLC and STLC. Test planning, UAT, defect management, and regression testing. Strong Jira, Confluence and Visio experience. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted analysis, automation tools, or AI agents is highly desirable. Must-Have Skills Treasury, Market Risk, or Funds Transfer Pricing experience Business Systems Analysis Strong SQL and data analysis skills Agile Delivery SDLC / STLC experience Test strategy and test planning Microsoft Copilot or AI agent experience Jira and Confluence Responsibilities Gather, analyze and document business requirements. Develop user stories, process flows and functional specifications. Analyze complex datasets and perform reconciliation activities. Conduct impact assessments and root cause investigations. Create test plans and support UAT activities. Partner with development and QA teams throughout project delivery. Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement. Leverage AI-enabled tools and Copilot capabilities to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of business systems analysis experience in banking or financial services, including Treasury, Market Risk, or Funds Transfer Pricing, plus strong SQL and data analysis skills. Candidates should have at least five years of Agile delivery experience, SDLC/STLC and testing experience, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Microsoft Copilot or AI agent experience is also sought.
