Esthetics Mentor | Calgary, AB – CORE Shopping Centre | $23–$30 per hour Full-Time Are you an experienced esthetics professional who enjoys helping others build their skills and confidence? NIWE Academy is looking for an Esthetics Mentor to support the next generation of beauty professionals through practical training, industry knowledge and hands-on guidance. About NIWE Academy Since 2012, NIWE Academy has trained more than 3,500 graduates across hairstyling, barbering, esthetics and wellness. We are a licensed private career college and the only AIT-approved apprenticeship hairstyling provider in Southern Alberta. The Role You’ll deliver practical and theory-based instruction across our esthetics programs, helping students develop the technical skills, professionalism and confidence they need to succeed in the industry. You’ll also supervise student clinic services, ensuring every guest receives a safe, professional and positive experience. What You’ll Do Deliver practical and theory instruction across esthetics programs Coach students on technical skills, professional conduct and career readiness Supervise student clinic services and maintain high service standards Uphold sanitation, safety and infection-prevention requirements Maintain accurate attendance, grades and student records in the LMS Provide clear, constructive feedback to support student development Work with the Academy Dean and Lead Mentor to keep training current What We’re Looking For Esthetics diploma from a recognized institution 3+ years of professional esthetics experience Teaching, training or mentoring experience, either formally or in-spa Knowledge of Alberta Health Services personal services standards Strong English communication skills Advanced modality certifications, an adult education credential or experience using an LMS such as D2L would be an asset. Requirements

Requires an esthetics diploma from a recognized institution, at least three years of professional esthetics experience, and teaching, training, or mentoring experience. Candidates should know Alberta Health Services personal services standards and communicate strongly in English; advanced modality certifications, adult education credentials, and LMS experience are assets.
