Job Description : We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS, C#/.NET, and Python to lead the development team, drive technical delivery, and build scalable cloud-native applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable coding, solutioning, mentoring developers, and leading technical execution Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of developers. • Drive technical design, architecture, code reviews, and best practices. • Develop and support APIs, microservices, and serverless applications on AWS. • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams. • Manage technical delivery, resolve complex issues, and ensure quality outcomes. • Promote automation, CI/CD, and engineering excellence. Required Skills 8+ years of software development experience. 2+ years in a Tech Lead role. 8+ years of Strong hands-on experience with: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge) C#/.NET Python Git, CI/CD, Agile delivery Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • AWS Certification. • Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required; AWS certification and experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations are preferred.
