*Frozen Foods Brand - Outside sales rep* Direct company hire (family owned company) Base salary + Commission (Car allowance or company car + cell phone) Fast growth company - Looking for the right team member to help in our rapid growth Position Summary: * Outside Sales Representative including order and delivery management via telephone and email. * Helps drive account growth and profitability by taking orders, customer service, order entry and delivery scheduling * Use of phone and email to address and support the needs as they arise. * Use ERP/CRM software (Sales Force) for order entry * MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING ALL AROUND THE GTA WITH GOOD SENSE OF DIRECTION AND A CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT Schedule: * Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm * Report to office once a week (Mississauga) Essential Job Functions: * Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations. * Provides support to the office admin through order management activities (delivery driver, off day requests, bill to/ship to), etc. * Provides support to office admin and management for customer service, orders, credits, submitting request changes, forms, reporting, etc. * Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc. * Provides support with promotions and catalogs/flyers. * Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping. * Provides support to non traditional sales rep through truck load admin support. * Participates in general sales meetings and promotions. * Additional Ad hoc requests as required.
