In addition to trauma and PTSD, clinicians specialize in areas such as couples and marriage, relationships, parenting, developmental disorders, youth issues, and anger management. The practice also provides support around sex and spirituality, attachment, immigration, pregnancy, postpartum, and other complex life challenges. Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The specialist will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote counselling services, drive client acquisition, and strengthen community awareness of the brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing outreach campaigns, nurturing leads, following up with prospective clients and referral partners, and tracking performance metrics. The role will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate representation of services, maintain consistent messaging across channels, and support client inquiries in a professional, empathetic manner. The specialist will also assist in training staff on sales processes and communication standards, and contribute ideas to improve client engagement and service offerings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage empathetically with prospective clients and partners. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, maintain pipelines, and support sustainable growth. Candidates should possess Training skills to guide staff on sales techniques, client communication, and marketing best practices. Experience in marketing or business development within healthcare, mental health, or related service industries is beneficial. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills, including proficiency with CRM tools and basic data reporting. Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
