Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Project Manager to manage all aspects of the construction of our new Ottawa Innovation Campus. * Reporting to the Real Estate Large Scale Projects Lead, the Real Estate Senior PM will coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities. * The ideal candidate will be skilled in large-scale project execution (having managed projects exceeding $100M+ CAD total value), have deep knowledge of design and construction processes, and be adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. * Experience in delivering Multiphase corporate campus or mission critical environments is considered an asset. * Experience acting as an owner’s representative or client-side project lead preferred. * This role requires a leader who can drive the project delivery process from initiation to completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. * Ability to lead matrixed project organizations including external PMs, development consultants, design teams, contractors, and cross-functional corporate stakeholders Some of our benefits in Canada [https://www.nokia.com/careers/our-locations/canada/]: * Corporate Retirement Savings Plan * Health and dental benefits * Short-term disability, and long-term disability * Life insurance, and AD&D – Company paid 2x base pay * Optional or Supplemental life and AD&D insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) * Paid time off for holidays and Vacation * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Tuition Assistance Plan * Adoption assistance * Employee Assistance Program/Work Life Resource Program The above benefits exclude students. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects exceeding $100M CAD. Must have deep knowledge of Canadian building codes and experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
