Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Business Development: o Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for shotcrete admixtures within the mining, tunneling, and civil markets across North America. o Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets. o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams. o Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and partners. o Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Technical Expertise & Product Support: o Provide expert technical support and advice to customers regarding shotcrete admixture applications, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. o Work closely with R&D and product development teams to adapt and improve formulations based on market feedback and customer needs. o Assist in the development and technical documentation of product specifications, including data sheets and application guidelines. o Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful product implementation.
