Votre rôle : En tant que Conseiller /Conseillère Sénior - SSE, vous agissez comme un acteur clé de la culture de prévention. Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre et de l’évolution du plan stratégique en santé, sécurité et environnement.Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les superviseurs, les employés et le comité SST afin d’assurer un environnement sécuritaire, conforme et proactif. Vos principales responsabilités : · Contribuer à l’élaboration, à l’implantation et à l’amélioration continue des programmes SSE · Identifier les risques, analyser les dangers et recommander des priorités d’action concrète · Mener les enquêtes d’accidents, d’incidents et de quasi-accidents, et assurer le suivi des mesures correctives · Réaliser des inspections régulières et assurer la conformité réglementaire · Participer à la mise à jour des indicateurs de performance SSE · Effectuer des approches comportementales sur le terrain · Communiquer efficacement avec tous les intervenants à l’interne ; · Participer activement au comité SST · Contribuer à la coordination et au déploiement des formations en santé et sécurités Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe · Posséder un DEC, un certificat ou toute autre formation pertinente en santé et sécurité du travail; · Posséder une expérience pertinente de 5 à 8 ans dans le domaine manufacturier (atout important) ; · Bilinguisme fonctionnel (Environnement francophone ; ne pas craindre de parler en anglais) ; · Bonnes connaissances des lois et règlements (LSST, RSST, LATMP, SIMDUT2015) ; · Forte capacité d’influence et leadership mobilisateur · Excellentes habiletés de communication · Approche terrain, proactive et orientée vers les solutions Nortek Air Solutions builds efficient, dependable and long-lasting heating and cooling systems that create ideal environments for working, living and learning.
