We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Equipment Yard Labourer to support our Head Office operations in Morriston, ON (just south of Guelph). The successful candidate will assist with the organization and preparation of formwork, equipment, tools, and materials used on our construction projects. Responsibilities include inventory management, receiving deliveries, equipment inspections, and general labour duties as required. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. \n Job Description Sort, clean, organize, and prepare formwork components for construction projects. Accurately count and verify quantities of materials, formwork, and equipment. Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries. Complete daily equipment inspections and report any deficiencies. Load, unload, move, pack, ship, and handle materials, equipment, and supplies as required. Operate equipment such as telehandlers and skid steers in a safe and responsible manner. Operate power tools safely and responsibly. Perform site preparation activities and support construction operations, including traffic control as required. Perform general labour duties as required. Follow all company policies and procedures, including provincial and federal health and safety regulations. Maintain a safe and productive work environment at all times. Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to take direction and work independently. Reliable with a demonstrated commitment to regular attendance. Knowledge of workplace safety and the safe operation of power tools. Valid WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications. Construction, formwork, carpentry, or equipment yard experience is an asset. Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or similar equipment is an asset. Reliable transportation is required.
