Come Grow with Us! We are seeking Production Associates for our Press Department in our Woodstock, ON location. The position rotates 2 weeks on day shift (7am-3:30pm) and 2 weeks on afternoons (3:10pm – 11:40pm). Your success is our success… Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers. Duties and Responsibilities: Pack parts in the proper container as noted on the master packing specification Wash parts per instructions Final visual audit inspection of all parts before they are put into stock or shipped Follows company safety policies, wear glasses and hearing protection Report all quality, production, and safety problems to the supervisor Available for overtime as required Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan) Re-work parts as per instructions Requirements: High School diploma or GED 1-3 years previous manufacturing or production experience Capable of lifting up to 35lbs continually Strong communication skills Ability to stand 8 hours a day Reliable transportation to get to work on a rotating shift schedule Ability to work days (7am-3:30pm) and afternoons (3:10pm-11:40pm) rotating every 2 weeks Why NASG: Competitive pay Benefits Pension contribution Growth opportunities Safety allowance Safety focused culture Company provided uniforms and PPE NASG is an industry leader in the manufacturing of stampings and automated assemblies. Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 35lbs, stand for 8 hours, and work a rotating shift schedule.
