Requirements

A verified Red Seal Millwright certification and 2–5 years of manufacturing experience are required; candidates must have advanced mechanical abilities and be able to work independently, perform physical labor, and work shifts. A boiler ticket and automation experience are assets, while welding experience, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are also valued.
