Continental 12 hour swing shift Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Conduct electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting PLCs, drives, and control systems. • Perform breakdown maintenance and assist with mechanical repairs as needed. • Support new mechanical installations, integrations, enhancements, modifications, and start-ups for both production lines and facility equipment. • Play a key role in developing and executing the preventive maintenance plan for mechanical systems. • Provide immediate assistance during emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime. • Perform various plant maintenance tasks, including basic electrical repairs, to ensure smooth operations. • Accurately document all maintenance activities and work performed in the maintenance log system. • Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive diagnostics (PD) as per the maintenance schedule. • Ensure the maintenance area is organized and complies with 5S standards. • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist in other areas as needed. • Perform any additional duties as assigned. Requirements: • 5 years’ experience as a electrical technician/electrician in a manufacturing environment • 442A licensed journeyman • Strong Mechanical/Electrical aptitude • Knowledge and experience with ISO based quality systems preferred, but not mandatory • Knowledge and experience with sequence control and use PLC (programmable logic controller) • Attention to detail in all areas of work • Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada What We Offer: • Competitive wage • Paid vacation & holidays • Comprehensive benefit package • Safety boot reimbursement • Company social events

Requirements
Requires a 442A licensed journeyman with at least 5 years of electrical technician experience in a manufacturing environment. Must possess strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
