Member Experience Supervisor (Temporary - 18 month contract)

As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time, Temporary Member Experience Supervisor (18-month contract) in our Espanola market. The Member Experience Supervisor reports directly to the Market Manager and with guidance of the leader, makes functional or operational decisions. Primary duties include day-to-day observation and assistance of front-line staff, vault responsibilities, and backup for the branch. Performs a variety of account maintenance activities and assists membership with any questions or problems that arises. Preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications: * College diploma (E.G.: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing) or high school diploma and equivalent experience. * A minimum of four years’ related financial services experience. * Leadership experience. * Commitment to continuous learning within the scope of the duties to keep pace with changes relative to the job function. The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day observation and assistance of front-line staff while managing vault operations. They also perform account maintenance activities and provide support to members regarding their financial inquiries.

Candidates must possess a college diploma or high school diploma with equivalent experience. A minimum of four years of related financial services experience and demonstrated leadership skills are required.
