Role: Field Supervisor Position Summary: The Field Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in project execution. This individual will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications. Primary Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews. Perform and oversee: Industrial degreasing Dry ice cleaning Temporary hoarding installation Abrasive blasting Industrial coatings application Industrial vacuuming High-pressure water jetting Ventilation equipment setup and operation Coordinate field activities with the Field Coordinator. Maintain quality standards and safe work practices. Complete daily documentation and communicate project progress. Report to the Field Coordinator and upper management. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising industrial maintenance or coating crews. Familiarity with Vale, Glencore, and Sudbury Basin industrial sites is preferred. Must not currently be banned or restricted from accessing any Ontario mining sites. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to motivate crews while maintaining productivity and safety. Requirements Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence. Willingness to travel and work out of town when required. Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; however, hours may vary depending on customer and project requirements.
