Job summary

We are looking to fill a Project Administrator position at a remote mine site in Northwestern Manitoba, and would like to begin interviewing as soon as possible. This will be a site-based rotational position. We can discuss the anticipated length of the term, but we are looking for someone with significant experience in a similar role as an Intermediate/Senior Site Administrator with a strong construction background. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating camp accommodations and flight bookings for site personnel Maintaining manpower schedules and site personnel records Supporting onboarding and mobilization of employees and contractors Preparing and maintaining daily reports, timesheets, and administrative records Coordinating meetings, meeting minutes and correspondence, and general site documentation Providing day-to-day administrative support to the construction team The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to manage changing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast paced construction environment. Strong communication skills and previous experience supporting a remote construction site would be preferred. The schedule is 15 days on site and 13 days off. Flights, meals, accommodations will all be provided at no expense to the worker. This is an hourly role offering $30-$45 per hour with overtime applicable after working 40 hours in a work week.
