Job Description: Northern Force Security is seeking a dedicated security guard with flexible availability Monday to Friday to work in Thornhill. Time slots typically 8am -4:30pm, 8am -5:00pm. Position Requirements: * Valid Security Guard License * Valid CPR and First Aid Certification * Clear Criminal and Background Check * 1 years of previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or other related fields * Use of Force License (preferred) * Ability to act swiftly and responsibly in emergency situations Responsibilities: * Provide professional and friendly customer service to the client and public. * Conduct routine patrols during shifts. * Adhere to all security policies and procedures. * Maintain a strong work ethic, professional attitude, integrity, and responsibility. * Communicate fluently in English. * Write reports with accurate spelling and grammar in English. * Be available to work overnight shifts If you meet these requirements and are ready to advance your security career, we encourage you to apply. The security guard is responsible for conducting routine patrols and providing professional customer service to clients and the public. They must also adhere to all security policies and procedures while maintaining accurate incident reports.

Candidates must hold a valid security guard license, CPR and First Aid certification, and have at least one year of relevant experience. A clear criminal background check and the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, are mandatory.
