We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Pharmacy department. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values and strategic priorities of Northern Health, working within a collaborative team environment, and under the supervision of the Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor UHNBC, the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Pediatrics, functions as an expert practitioner, consultant, educator, and leader in pediatric pharmacotherapy. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Pediatrics acts as a clinical pharmacy resource, providing consultation service to internal and external health care professionals and delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients under the care of the Pediatric Team at UHNBC. This position will be involved in developing, planning, and organizing clinical, education and quality improvement/research activities related to pediatrics including participation in drug use evaluation practices, organizational policies and procedures, continuing education programs, and research initiatives, in accordance with the Maternal/Child Services’ and Pharmacy Services’ goals and objectives. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
