Job summary

Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Home Support Scheduler to support the Home and Community Care department. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Home Support Scheduler is responsible for developing and coordinating home support service schedules by preparing and adjusting schedules in accordance with service referral requests and applicable collective agreements. Schedules Community Health Workers (CHW) as authorized by clinicians by receiving referrals and service changes, enters data into computer system, and carries out timekeeping tasks such as coordinating work schedules on the scheduling software system. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Evenings, Nights, 07:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 23:00, 23:00 to 07:00 (Rotating)
