Northside Youth And Senior Service Center

A nonprofit community center providing meals, transportation, and healthy aging programs to more than 1,000 older adults in North St. Louis and recreation, enrichment and summer camp to over 200 youth. For more than 50 years, Northside has addressed the diverse needs of the St. Louis community. Our programs provide for the basic needs of residents by creating a cohesive and supportive social infrastructure that enhances the quality of life for both youth and seniors, promoting a sense of community and shared purpose. For the younger demographic, it serves as a nurturing environment where they can engage in educational, recreational, and social activities, promoting personal development and a sense of belonging. Simultaneously, for seniors, the center becomes a vital source of companionship, mental stimulation, and opportunities for continued learning, contributing to their overall well-being.
