Temporary In office Part-Time Position - Tuesday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Duties and Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring that conference areas are clean, professional, and welcoming. Prepare and set up catering food and related equipment in conference rooms for internal and external meetings and special events. Clean and maintain all conference rooms, coffee stations, and lounge areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Coordinate and place food and beverage orders for internal and external meetings. Assist with inventory management to ensure adequate supplies and provisions are available for meeting rooms. Provide reception coverage during receptionists’ breaks and lunch periods. Required Skills and Experience Experience or knowledge in customer service and hospitality/catering services. Strong interest in delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding client experience. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the firm, as well as with clients and guests. Solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate clients’ needs. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management system. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items. Flexibility to adjust work schedules based on planned events; early morning, evening.
