Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, subsidiary statements, accounting memos, and MD&A in accordance with IFRS, and coordinate external audits and regulatory filings. Lead the SOX internal controls process, support internal audits, present to the Audit Committee, and improve financial reporting systems and processes.
