Provide comprehensive assessments and care planning for patients with complex chronic conditions within an interdisciplinary team. Balance duties between 70% clinical care and 30% research activities. Must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia and certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Experience with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and environmental illnesses is considered an asset.
