Our Medical Laboratory Technologist graduates (under a Licensed MLT) works in collaboration with all members of the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine team to conduct diagnostic analytical laboratory tests and procedures to using appropriate methodologies and quality assurance techniques. The MLT ensures that the principles and practices that guide our work such as the mission, vision, values, expected behaviors, the leadership philosophy, organizational health, population health, ethics, safety, quality, partnerships and interprofessional collaboration are integrated within the services they provide and through the messages they deliver.Work Hours & Pay $33.20 - $42.47 hourly Various permanent, assignments (temporary), and casual relief (no guarantee of hours), opportunities available in various locations throughout Nova Scotia.
