As a Digital Experience Co-op, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the digital presence that thousands of customers rely on every day. Working with our Marketing Digital Experience team during our Co-Op Winter 2027 term, you'll help keep our website current, user-friendly, and engaging while learning how digital content, customer experience, analytics, and web best practices come together to create meaningful online experiences. You'll collaborate with professionals across marketing, communications, customer experience, and customer solutions, giving you exposure to a variety of teams and projects. This is a great opportunity for students who enjoy a mix of technology, communications, analytics, and creative problem-solving. You'll contribute to real projects, develop practical digital skills, and gain valuable experience that can help launch a career in digital marketing, communications, web development, or customer experience. What You’ll Do: Support updates and ongoing maintenance of the company website using a content management system (CMS). Help ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with user needs. Assist with website reporting and performance tracking to support data-informed decisions. Conduct website reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the user experience. Contribute to website enhancement projects, including updates to existing pages and development of new landing pages. Research digital experience trends, customer expectations, and website best practices. Summarize findings and insights that support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with teams across marketing, communications, customer experience, and customer solutions to deliver digital projects. Use tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Hotjar to help monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a positive team environment. What You'll Bring: We're looking for a curious, motivated student who enjoys learning, taking initiative, and bringing fresh perspectives to challenges. You will be a strong candidate if you: Are currently enrolled in and have completed at least the second year of a Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, Public Relations, Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Web Development, or related program. Have an interest in digital marketing, customer experience, website management, or digital strategy. Have experience using content management systems (CMS) and an interest in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, or similar platforms. Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Enjoy organizing information, managing multiple priorities, and paying attention to detail. Take initiative, work well independently, and contribute positively as part of a team. Communicate effectively and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and team members. Are eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas that improve the digital customer experience. Knowledge of the industry sector and Salesforce is considered an asset.
