Lead the planning, architecture, design, and technical solution development of mission-critical LMR systems, including P25, TETRA, and DMR systems, and produce and review engineering documentation and RF studies. Serve as the technical interface for clients, vendors, and contractors, support procurement through commissioning and troubleshooting, and provide technical direction and mentorship to the engineering team.
