Lead and mentor the compositing team, oversee 2D workflows and shot quality across episodic projects, and coordinate shot approaches, bids, and delivery targets with VFX Supervisors and Production. Improve Nuke workflows and templates, review and approve shots, and contribute hands-on compositing for complex or critical work.
