Job Description Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial automation projects, from single-robot work cells to complex, multi-robot assembly and welding systems, for a growing integration company. This role is focused on owning projects from kickoff through customer acceptance, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while building strong, long-term customer relationships. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is technically fluent, highly organized, and confident managing cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, controls, and installation Key Responsibilities Own project scope, schedule, budget, and risk from order intake through final buyoff Manage multiple automation projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost tracking Lead project kickoffs, design reviews, internal milestones, and customer reviews Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams across mechanical design, controls, tooling, manufacturing, and installation Track budgets, labour hours, and material costs; identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and commercial risks Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, safety standards, and customer expectations Qualifications Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 6 to 10 years of experience in automation and integration Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments Familiarity with PLC/robot programming, tooling design, and controls integration (literacy required, hands-on not required) PMP or equivalent project management certification is an asset G2/G class driver's license Why Is This a Great Opportunity This role suits an experienced PM who wants to lead real builds, not just paperwork.
