Job summary
A Day in the Life As a Receiving Clerk, you will play an important part of the Inbound team by ensuring timely processing of received product. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle. What does success look like in this role The ideal candidate is someone who is team-oriented, proactive and has a high attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and priorities that may change daily, while remaining focused on partnering with the team and discerning any potential roadblocks to task completion. Shift : Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM All About You What You'll Bring to the Role: * Experience with basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS) * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities * Trustworthy and moral character The Must Haves: * Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inbound Clerk * Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel * Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, comfortable with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. Things You Will be Doing * Ensures all inbound schedules are maintained and that documentation is accurate for all shipments * Works with Supervisor to determine inbound volumes and arrival times * Accurately enters all documents, ensuring they are complete and ready for processing in the system * Constantly communicates with Clients via email * Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP) * Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times * Performs other duties as requested Perks * Staff purchase program -- wear the brands you love! * Staff benefits plan -- choose the benefits that are right for you! * Flexible and fun work environment -- work hard and play hard! * Internal opportunities -- we believe in growing our own!
