This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical and leadership talent across one of the fastest-growing global industries. You’ll partner closely with clients in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to help them build teams that design, build, and operate large-scale data centers . What You’ll DoPartner directly with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives) to understand hiring goals and workforce strategie s.Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closin g.Develop targeted search strategies to engage hard-to-find talent, particularly in data center development, construction, commissioning, engineering, and operation s.Build strong pipelines of candidates in technical, operational, and leadership roles across global market s.Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic recommendation s.Champion an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring speed and quality of hire s.Collaborate with the broader NuPeople team to innovate around recruiting processes, tools, and client deliver y.
