What You'll Do Inspect and trouble shoot all heating and cooling for the office building and MCC (adding Freon, changing compressor pumps, changing condensers, changing steam coils). Daily routine of all heating and cooling systems for the office (washing filters, adding chemical, changing filters, small water leaks, changing taps). Repair / replace air, water, steam and sewer pipes, as needed. Help the mechanics as needed with various jobs throughout the mill. What You'll Bring A valid Saskatchewan or Interprovincial Certificate of Journeyperson Status (Red Seal) as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic. Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership. Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors. Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training. Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions. Stable work record with 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in an industrial environment is an asset. Ready to make an impact with us?
