About

At NUVISTA Mental Health, we provide compassionate, comprehensive mental health care through five locations in Ontario and over 15 across Canada and growing. We offer accessible support for individuals, couples, families, and organizations, both in-person and virtually. Founded by Dr. Mark Johnston, our multidisciplinary team includes psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and social workers, working together to deliver full circle care. We specialize in mental health services for individuals and families, offering CBT and a variety of evidence-based modalities for conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and emotional regulation. We also provide Psychoeducational Assessments for children, teens, and young adults, and Psychological Assessments for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning. What sets our services apart is that we also offer Neurofeedback to complement therapy services. Neurofeedback enhances brain function, supports self-regulation, and can help treat issues such as anxiety, ADHD, and sleep disorders. It can also be used for Peak Performance Training in both professional and sports settings, helping clients improve focus, clarity, and resilience. Supporting Specialized Communities We work closely with First Responders, Active Military, and Veterans offering specialized support for trauma, stress, and chronic pain. We also help complete government-related paperwork for Veterans free of charge. Additionally, we are experienced with WSIB and can help individuals like First Responders navigate the process, reducing stress and allowing them to focus on recovery. Our mission is to help clients thrive by providing evidence-based care and personalized treatment plans. Most of our services are insurance-covered. Contact us today and book a free 20 min consultation call with one of our therapists! 416-619-0238 [email protected]
