Key Responsibilities * Registered Social Worker * Provide experienced care with an emphasis on PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care * Able to provide experienced care with Veterans and First Responders * Effectively manage case load, reporting * Additional Role Expectations: * Ability to work a minimum of ~20 hours per week * Able to work in person/in clinic Qualifications * Master’s of Social Work * Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body * Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) * Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches * Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports) What You’ll Experience * Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and autonomy over your practice * Strong referral network and consistent client flow * Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing) * Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists) * Regular clinical consultation and team collaboration opportunities * Team events and celebrations * A positive team culture with opportunities for connection and recognition Additional Benefits: * Full-Time Contractors (20+billable hours per week) are also eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package * Continuing Education Allowance * Training and Professional Development support * Referral program
